Title: Chicken Soup for the Christian Soul
Author: Jack Canfield

Price: $7.50

Condition: Good – highlighted bits

Summary:

Since the original publication of Chicken Soup for the Soul in 1993, the authors have been collecting and editing stories for this volume. These stories will deepen readers’ Christian faith and expand their awareness of how to practice Christian values in their daily life: at home, at work and in the community. With stories from Corrie ten Boom, Charles Colson, Norman Vincent Peale, Dick Van Patten, Richard Lederer and Dick Van Dyke, this collection will open readers’ hearts to the experience and expression of more love in their lives. Included here are readers’ favorite themes along with Christian subject matter. These stories will show readers how to forgive others and themselves. They will encourage readers to stand up for what they believe in and to believe in what they stand for. And, perhaps most important, these stories will remind readers that they are never alone or without hope, no matter how challenging and painful their circumstances may be.
